Erection of conveyor gallery steelwork, drive units and transfer chutes, commissioned and load tested to design throughput.
Gallery steel, support towers and walkways were erected to drawing with rigging studies prepared for each major lift. Idlers, pulleys and drive units followed, with belt tracking set during no-load running.
The system was then run under progressive load, transfer points adjusted to eliminate spillage, and throughput verified against the design figure before handover.
