When a component is obsolete, unavailable or simply too slow to import, we fabricate or machine it to drawing — reverse-engineered from the worn part where no drawing survives.
Our fabrication scope covers structural steelwork, platforms and access systems, chutes, hoppers, ducting and tanks, with welding to qualified procedures and weld maps recorded for inspection.
On the machining side we produce shafts, sleeves, bushes, couplings, gears and wear parts, working from your drawing or from measurements taken off the failed component, with material certificates and dimensional reports supplied on delivery.
