If your question is not here, call our engineering desk directly — you will speak to someone who can answer it technically.
Yes. Supply and site execution sit in the same company, which is the point of how we are structured. We can quote supply only, installation only, or a combined package where we carry responsibility for the equipment arriving correct and working once installed.
That is how most of our maintenance work is delivered. We build the work list and critical path in advance, confirm materials are physically on site before the plant comes down, and resource the job so the programme is achievable rather than optimistic.
We first look for a technically equivalent replacement and state clearly what differs so your engineering team can approve it. Where no equivalent exists, we reverse-engineer the component from the failed part, produce a drawing for approval and manufacture locally — usually far faster than an import lead time.
Yes. Our Chattogram office handles shipping coordination, customs clearance and inland transport, so landed cost is known before you commit and there is one party accountable from the manufacturer's gate to your plant floor.
As-built drawings and schematics, alignment and torque records, cable schedules with test results, calibration certificates, controller and drive parameter backups, and the results of every load or performance test carried out.
Power and energy, cement and minerals, textile and RMG, steel and re-rolling, ports and shipyards, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and construction. The engineering discipline is common; the plant knowledge is what we adapt.
