A discontinued gearbox shaft and gear set measured from the failed parts, remanufactured locally and fitted to restore the line.
With the original manufacturer no longer supporting the unit, the failed shaft and gear were measured, material analysed and working drawings produced for client approval.
Components were machined and heat treated to the approved specification, dimensionally inspected, then fitted and run in on site — restoring the drive without waiting on an import lead time.
